Crawsfor Engineering Projects was established in April 2011, our main purpose as an
engineering Company is to grow and also grow our subbies and suppliers in Turnkey projects or engineering supplies,
we mainly target EME’s, develop them, and give them a slight idea on how to grow efficiently
in the engineering sector. In other words, when doing business with Crawsfor, you are also
developing up and coming companies, start ups, EMEs and black women owned enterprises,
Crawsfor is an SME, but with our experience we have attracted a few investors.
With our new financer(not partner) we intend to also develop small and up coming
companies within our related market, that improves on our
BEE levels, EMEs enterprise benefits. The company has good potential to grow externally and
internally, internally meaning there is more than enough space for new employees to enter
the company, automatically that will lead to training and empowering young minds with our
mechanical knowledge in the industry, all our suppliers are closely selected according to
their BEE levels and capacity, since most our spending is done on cash basis, we prefer small
companies to do all the supplies, on delivery and product approval we pay the supplier
within 24 hours.
Now our rail sector has genius minds working behind it, we intend to always deliver on time,
building good reliable relationships with our end users and suppliers aswel, not only do we
make sure we know our clients and suppliers, we also do by all means to understand them
and their operations better, by doing this, efficiency and turnaround times are always on
point, making sure that each and every order is processed accordingly.
Not only are our steps beneficial for our end users, they are also beneficial for us on the
long run, creating good references, and good working relations.
As a 100% black youth owned company, we always intend to work by our ethics and morals, in
which we stand by at all times, supporting and being highly professional is a must, it is the
blood stream in our company, and we intend to keep that blood stream positive at all times,
now with every relationship there will be backs and forth’s, which is why we prefer to
prevent and solve all our clients problems, as engineers problem solving is our ideal
business, “our customer is always right, and we do by all means to provide them service and
products that are always right and on time”.
